Refund Policy

simple stock shots recognises that your main reason for purchasing from us was to get an image. So we'll try everything we can to get you the image you purchased, in the event that something nasty has happened and your image file is corrupted.
That means our first aim is to replace your image, but we may provide a refund if a file purchased from us is found to be corrupted. (If you want to know what we mean by corrupted you'll have to go to our
spacerTerms and Conditionsspacer where it's explained in detail.)
To ensure our service remains competitively priced, refunds will only be provided if a full detailed description of the error, together with a copy of the image file is emailed to:spacersupport@simplestockshots.comspacer within 72 hours from the time the first download attempt was complete (this is determined by our local server time).

But before we start talking refunds, there's some things you'll need to do.

1. Firstly, try to download the image again from your Purchase History (located on your My Account page)

2. If that doesn't work, you can try to re-download the image from another person's machine or using a different browser - Netscape instead of Internet Explorer, for example.

3. If you're still having no luck, please email us at
spacersupport@simplestockshots.comspacer Please include the shot ID number if you have it, your name (the name under which you registered) and provide proof of purchase as well as a copy of the image file.

4. Once we've checked things out, we will email you the image (provided it is not damaged). PLEASE NOTE: we will only email to the address you gave when you registered with us.

5. If that doesn't work, we will send you a CD with the file on it (again we will only send to the address you gave when you registered).

6. If despite our best efforts, nothing gets you the image, then we will send you a refund form to fill out, which states your name, reason for the refund and contact details.

7. Once you've returned the form, we can process your refund.
